Victoria’s Agency service is free for joining both for men and women. Also you can searching our database, viewing other members’ profiles, sending messages and smiles for free.
If you want to use our service you need to <a href=#void onclick="QuickJoin();" class=qjlink><span> register </span></a> first. We recommend you to upload the picture(s) to your profile because it will increase interest to you. Read more about importance of creating a good profile page.
After registration you are able to correspond with any number of our members and can contact them in 3 ways (it's your choice):
1. Send free message
You get mailbox on Victoria’s Agency server where you can check your mail, keep track of mail sent, members contacted, credits purchased and spent. The members with Internet access can receive your message instantly. Some of our female members do not have Internet access. In this case we will forward your message to our representative in her city who will deliver it to her in person or by phone. Her response will be delivered in the same way right into your mailbox on our website. You will receive e-mail notification of each message arrived. If you receive a response, to open it you need to purchase credits ($$1-2 per credit depending on the quantity of credits you purchase). Number of credits needed to open a letter varies.
We do accept payments by credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, and more. Just send the money for the amount of credits you want to purchase. On or with your payment indicate your username on Victoria’s Agency site, or your full name, or your email address. Upon receiving the payment we will apply the credits to your account.
The prices for credits are:
100 credits or more: $1 for each credit
55-99 credits: $1.09 for each credit
20-54 credits: $2 for each credit

2. Send free "smile"
A "smile" is a quick "Hi" message with a link back to your profile which indicates to a member that you are interested in him/her.
3. Place a live interpreted phone call directly to her via our bilingual operator (1.8 credits per minute with translation and 1 credit if you don’t require translation)
Your phone call order should be done in advance because we need time to contact the lady’s local agency, or the lady herself, and make sure she will be available at the desired time. Please note that exchanging personal contact information during such phone calls is not allowed.
